Peter M. Williams.

Peter M. Williams has practiced in the areas of fiduciary responsibility and litigation for 20 years. While many people view probate as a question of who gets to be in charge and who gets what, Peter views probate as finding the people who owe a fiduciary duty and seeing that they fulfill that role or are held accountable.

Personal representatives, trustees, guardians, conservators, and agents named in powers of attorney are fiduciaries. In addition, for purposes of exploitation, neglect, and endangerment, the issue of fiduciary responsibility must be determined.

Peter’s primary practice areas include:
• Estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation;
• Exploitation and undue influence;

• estate planning;
• Long term care planning;
• Arizona Long Term Care Planning and Medicaid Planning;
• Fiduciary representation;
